Indian Govt Involved in Mumbai Attack: Former Indian Officer



New Delhi: A Former Home Ministry Officer R V S Mani has claimed that Parliament and 26/11 Mumbai Attacks were setup Indian Government. Former Indian Governments did this for strengthening the counter-terror legislation, Mani said.
Mani clarified his claimed by giving some more details. He said that Notorious Law Pota (Prevention of Terrorist Activities Act) was designed after 2001 attack. After 2008 Mumbai attacks, we saw UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act), he added.
It’s worth mentioning here that unknown terrorists attacked on Indian Parliament in 2001. Around one dozen people killed in this attack. Indian government blamed that Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba plotted this attack. On other hand both Jihadi Organizations refused Indian government claims. Recently, an accused of this attack Afzal Guru was sentenced to death.
Later in 2008, 12 attacks were coordinated in different areas of Mumbai. At least 166 people killed and over 300 injured in these attacks. Once again, Indian government accused and Lashkar-e-Taiba.
