ISLAMABAD: The bail of former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf has been approved in the judges’ detention case.
A two member bench of the Islamabad High Court has directed Musharraf to deposit surety bonds worth Rs 500,000.
The former president is accused for confining over 60 judges of the superior courts and the imposition of emergency on November 3, 2007.
